Make a Payment

 

Payments are required to be made by the due date listed on your contract. To help you make your payment on time, we offer a variety of payment options:

 

Pay Online:

 

You can make your loan payment online using a credit card*, debit card*, or check by phone* by clicking the button below. Please have your loan number and the last 4 digits of your social security number available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Person:

 

We are located at 5350 Transporation Blvd Suite 17, off the I-480 Exit 21 - Transporation Blvd exit. Our normal office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. We are closed on most federal holidays so please call ahead if you are planning on paying at the office during business hours to ensure we are open.

Call our office at (216) 458-3100 to make a payment over the phone by credit card*, debit card*, or check by phone*. Please have your card information, billing address and account number ready when you call.

 

ACH Payment:

 

Our ACH program makes keeping you payment current easy. Your payment can be automatically debited from an approved checking or savings account. Call our office at (216) 458-3100 if you wish to set up payments via ACH*.

 

To set up ACH, you will be required to complete and sign an authorization form. Download the ACH authorization form and submit it along with a copy of a voided check by faxing it to (216) 332-1633.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mail:

 

If you choose to mail your payment please allow 7- 10 days for the payment to reach our office.  Make check or money order payable to Global Financial.  Please include account number.

We are not responsible for payments that are lost in the mail. In addition, if your payment is already past due mail is not an option. In that case please call (216) 458-3100 immediately and speak to a representative.
