Make a Payment

Payments are required to be made by the due date listed in your contract. Interest charges (which accrue each day your payment is past due) and, if applicable, late fees will be applied to your account when it is in a past-due situation. To help you make your payment on time, we offer a variety of payment options. Choose the option below that best meets your needs. Please note that in some instances convenience fees will apply.

In Person:

We are located at 2905 Lorain Ave Cleveland, Ohio, across the street from St. Ignatius high school and next door to Wendy’s at the intersection of 29th and Lorain Avenue. For your convenience there is short term parking available in front of our office. Our normal office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday. After hours payments can be made at our office by putting a check in our night drop slot on the front of our building. We are closed on most federal holidays so please call ahead if you are planning in paying at the office during business hours to ensure we are open. Call our office at (216) 458 3100 to make a payment over the phone by credit card, debit card. Please have your card information, billing address and loan account number ready when you call. (A convenience fee will apply to payments made by phone.)

ACH Payment:

Our ACH program makes keeping you payment current easy. Your payment can be automatically debited from an approved checking or savings account. Call our office at (216) 458 3100 if you wish to set up payments via ACH.

To set up ACH will require you to complete and sign the authorization form. Download the ACH authorization form and submit it along with a copy of a voided check by faxing it to (216) 458 3314.

Mail:

It takes time for mail to reach our office. If you chose to mail your payment please mail it 7- 10 days before your due date to ensure it reaches us before your account is past due. Mail a check payable to Global Financial and make sure to include your account number on the check in the memo section.

We are not responsible for payments that get lost in the mail. In addition, if your payment is already past due mail is not an option. In that case please immediately call (216) 458 3100 and speak to a representative.
