Q: Do you finance customers with bankruptcies or repossessions?
A: We are here to help people re-establish their credit. All repossessions must be at least 3 months old and no more than 2 prior.

Q: Do you report to the credit bureau?
A: Yes we report to Equifax every month.

Q: How long does it take to get an initial response on applications?
A: Normally within an hour after we receive the application.

Q: In what states do you do business?
A: Currently, we finance for dealers in Northeast Ohio.

Q: What are the terms of your loan structure?
A:

• Standard term is 78 bi-weekly payments.
• Standard amount financed is $10,000 without a service contract, maximum amount financed is 2 times the NADA value at clean trade-in.
• Standard interest rate is 24.5%

Q: What fees do you charge?
A: Discounts of 25% to 35% based on amount financed, see the program guidelines for further details.

Q: What is Global's funding time?
A: Same day (provided application is approved and funding packet is complete).

Q: What makes Global different from other lenders?
A: 

• Guaranteed funding for the amount you expect (provided the application has final approval and the funding packet is complete).

Q: What vehicles do you finance?
A:

• Dependable, basic transportation.
• Current model year plus nine years
• Up to 120,000 miles on select vehicles

Q: Will you finance service contracts or other ancillary products?
A:

• We will finance approved service contracts.
• We will finance GAP if there is room under the max amount financed.
• We will not finance any other products (credit insurance, etching, etc.).
